Zucchini is excellent in breads, muffins, cakes, scones, and even cookies. There are so many recipes out there that I have never understood how anyone can complain about having too much zucchini when they plant it in their garden. I have planted zucchini a few times and never ran out of uses for it. In fact, even with a good harvest, I still find myself buying more from local farms or accepting overflow from my neighbors. Can I Have This Refilled? Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes

The only time my mother made twice baked potatoes when I was growing up was when she was having company over for dinner and my brother and I were not included. My parents would have friends over for dinner and cards about four or five times a year and whenever this happened, it meant my brother and I would get fed something earlier in the day and be sent to our rooms for the rest of the evening, so the “adults” could enjoy their time together. Jazzing Up The Basics

Growing up, I remember taking great pride in being able to make some sort of contribution to dinner every night. This was especially true during summer vacation, when I was looking for things to fill the time.
