Sugar Cookie Gallery

Here are some examples of the various sugar cookie designs I’ve done. Some are very simple, while others are truly labors of love, as they can take up to 20 minutes or more per cookie.

Bowling Cookies: These cookies were done for my son’s bowling league. There were seven teams with 30 participants. I put the name of each participants team on the cookies so everyone had their own personal cookie.

Christmas Cookies: These cookies were made for my son’s class and most of the staff at his school, as well as for a party my daughter went to at her boyfriend’s grandmother’s house when she met the family for the first time.

Fall Cookies: These were the first cookies I ever decorated. I experimented with various techniques and played around with colors. Hubby took these to work and shared them with his coworkers.

Valentine Cookies: For these cookies I took a class at a local cake and candy supply store. I learned several new techniques including brush embroidery. I came home and made several batches of hearts with the brush embroidery and gifted them to my family, neighbors, and Zeb took some to school for his classmates.

Mason Jar Cookies: Being an avid canner, I was thrilled when I came across a mason jar cookie cutter. The internet is full of wonderful ways to decorate this style cookie. These are two of the ones I’ve done.

Plaque Cookies: These cookies were made for the parents of my son’s bowling league. I figured seeing as we were there supporting the bowlers every week, we all deserved something special too. The league name was “The Early Birds.”
