As much as I try to keep the processed foods in our house to a minimum, somehow Grace manages to bring more in than I care to admit. It’s not that I’m a food snob or anything, it’s just I have seen first hand what a diet high in processed foods can do to a person. It affects your weight, your health, and your physical energy and ability. There are so many recipes out there that I have never understood how anyone can complain about having too much zucchini when they plant it in their garden. Restaurant-Style Boneless Buffalo Chicken
Boneless buffalo chicken is great as an appetizer, for a meal, or our favorite way — served in Buffalo Chicken Firecracker Wraps (recipe forthcoming). Finding a recipe that was easy to make, could be made in large batches and then frozen, and that the entire family loved was one of the best decisions I ever made.
