This morning I spent a couple of hours canning some banana bread. When I was done I decided to post it on my blog, but the dilemma was which one to post it on? This could be considered cooking and canning.
I separated my blogs because of the limited amount of space for photos thinking that I’d be safe in assuming these two categories would not overlap. Silly me!

These are wonderful for at least six months on the shelf, if they last that long. Another plus with this recipe is that since each bread is only about five small slices, I won’t blow my diet — especially with the family fighting me for every slice, and for this I am — Simply Grateful.
